How Much Does an Extended RV Stay Cost in McBee, SC?

If you are coming to the McBee area for more than a few nights, the way you book changes what you pay more than almost anything else. Here is how our rates break down and why the longer options cost so much less per night.

Nightly stays are $50. That rate includes water, sewer, 30- and 50-amp electric, and WiFi. It is the right choice for a weekend visit or a stopover on the way through the Sandhills.

Weekly stays are $250. That works out to about $38 per night, or 29% less than booking night by night. If you are in town for a week-long job, a race weekend that stretches into the following week, or a visit with family in Hartsville or Cheraw, weekly is usually the better deal.

Monthly stays are $625. That is roughly $21 per night, or 42% less than the nightly rate. Utilities and WiFi are still included, so there is no separate electric bill to budget for. Most of our monthly guests are working in the area on a contract or a construction project and want a predictable, flat cost.

Why the longer rates are so much lower

Short stays mean more turnover, more cleanup, and more empty nights between bookings. A guest who stays a month gives us a full site for 30 days with none of that, and we pass the savings along. It is a simple arrangement, and it is why we built the park around weekly and monthly guests rather than one-night travelers.

What every site includes

All 35 sites are full hookup. You get water, sewer, electric, and WiFi, plus access to the laundry house, the fenced dog park, and the pond. There are no resort fees, no add-on charges for pets, and no complicated rule sheet.

How to book

You can check availability and reserve online, or call or text us at 843-951-9311 if you have questions about a longer stay. If you are not sure how long you will need, book the shortest option that covers you and we will help you extend when the time comes.
